RODO information clause obligation

Every data subject has the right to obtain information on the principles of data processing and data security, as well as control of data processing, pursuant to Based on Article 13 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council EU 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

   • in order to answer questions via the contact forms on the website on the basis of Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a RODO (the data subject has consented to the processing of his/her personal data, which is in order to resolve the matter)
   • for the purpose necessary to fulfil a legal obligation, e.g. resulting from tax or accounting regulations pursuant to Article 6(6)(c)
4. Personal data storage period:

You have the right to request from the controller access to the personal data concerning the data subject, to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to lodge objection to processing, as well as the right to data portability and the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the legality of the processing performed on the basis based on consent before its withdrawal)
